What are the precautions for safe operation of high-pressure rubber hoses?
1. Rubber hoses are only used for transporting customized materials.
2. Rubber hoses are prohibited from exceeding the designed working pressure.
3. The ambient temperature of the materials transported by the hose should not exceed the factory regulations. The raw oil should be -40 ℃~120 ℃, the gas -30 ℃~50 ℃, and the water lotion 80 ℃.
4. The rubber hose should be kept clean, and the internal structure should be flushed clean. Avoid external objects entering the inferior vena cava, obstructing the transportation of fluids, and damaging machinery and equipment.
5. The layout of the rubber hose should try to avoid heat sources. If necessary, it is necessary to use equipment such as assembled waterproof sleeves or insulation materials to prevent the rubber hose from deteriorating when exposed to heat.
6. Preventive measures should be taken in areas where the rubber hose crosses or rubs against the surface of mechanical equipment to prevent the hose from cracking due to damage.
7. When using the hose on the spot, it should be kept vertical. When bending, it is necessary to avoid sharp turns as much as possible. The bending radius should not be too small and should exceed 9 times the diameter. There should be a straight line segment at the junction of the hose and the connector that exceeds twice the outer diameter of the pipe.
