How to choose the appropriate hydraulic hose?
1. Work pressure: It depends on the work pressure and whether the requirements can be met. When choosing, don't demand too much, as long as it is sufficient.
2. Hydraulic hose inner diameter: Ensure that the medium conveyed in the hydraulic hose can be smoothly conveyed without blockage. Choose according to the diameter of the applied product, and cannot be too large or too small;
3. Hydraulic hose outer diameter: Choose according to the diameter of the applied product, not too large or too small, to ensure normal assembly and no leakage;
4. Conveying medium: This is very important and must be noted. When choosing, the corresponding hydraulic hose should be selected. For example, if the conveying medium is hydraulic oil, then it is necessary to choose a hydraulic oil resistant one;
5. Usage environment: Choose the rubber hose according to the usage environment, and check whether the environment is harsh, whether it is outdoors, lighting time, whether it is frequently rubbed, external temperature, etc;
6. Service life: According to the requirements of the product, choose the appropriate service life, taking into account the difficulty and cost of replacing the hydraulic hose during its service life;

8. How should hydraulic hoses be installed?
1. Prevent distortion of rubber hoses
Distorted installation of rubber hoses can seriously reduce their characteristics and rear end, and the twisted installation of rubber hoses can cause torque to loosen the connection head (rubber hoses should be twisted straight), which can easily loosen the nut of the connection head, causing water leakage and even rubber hose cracking.
2. Sufficient bending radius is required during installation
A sufficiently large bending radius (i.e. leaving a suitable length) can prevent damage to rubber hoses and throttle valve conditions. A too small bending radius can significantly reduce the service life of rubber hoses and cause insufficient working pressure damage, reducing work efficiency.
3. Adequate space should be left for arbitrary length
When the rubber hose assembly is applied to components with relative speed, because the rubber hose joint is a non deformable part, the rubber hose must have sufficient free space of arbitrary length, otherwise it is very easy to cause contusions, losses, and other offline promotion; When the component operates to a larger or smaller part, the rubber hose joint cannot withstand force deformation.
4. When the hydraulic oil pipeline is complex, using suitable bends and fittings can reduce the usage of rubber hoses, decrease their curvature and distortion, and prevent them from causing additional stress.
5. Should leave room for reduced capacity
Work pressure can cause changes in the length of rubber hoses, with a large variation range of up to -4% to+2%. Therefore, during installation, it is necessary to free up capacity, otherwise long-term use may cause leakage at the joints, and even pull the connector out of the rubber hose.
