The products of wire weaving and wire winding not only have differences in process, but also in specific usage situations and some specifications and models:
1. Steel wire weaving specification range: DN5mm～DN102mm。
Operating temperature: oil -40 ℃~100 ℃, air -30 ℃~50 ℃, water lotion+80 ℃ or less.
2. Specification range of steel wire wrapped rubber hose: DN6mm～DN305mm， Working temperature:- 40℃～120℃
Often suitable for high pressure working conditions, with high resistance to working pressures up to 70-120Mpa
3. Types of wire winding:
4SP type - medium pressure rubber hose with four layers of steel wire winding.
4SH type - high-pressure rubber hose with four layers of steel wire winding.
R12 type - High temperature and medium pressure oil pipe with four layers of steel wire winding under harsh conditions.
R13 type - High temperature and high pressure oil pipe with multi-layer steel wire winding under harsh conditions.
R15 type - High temperature and ultra-high pressure oil pipe with multi-layer steel wire winding under harsh conditions
