Product Features
The rubber hose has characteristics such as small outer diameter tolerance, excellent oil resistance, heat resistance, light weight, flexible body, and durability. The minimum burst pressure of the hose is four times the working pressure
Product Applications
Various types of fabric-reinforced delivery (or suction) rubber hoses are manufactured from corresponding materials according to the conveying medium. The product structure is reasonably designed, with excellent quality, sturdiness, and durability. It is a flexible rubber hose used for conveying and sucking (under negative pressure conditions) various liquid viscous fluids and powdery solid materials. Divided by application into
1. Water Delivery Hose: Suitable for general water delivery, used in environments from -20℃ to 45℃
2. Air Hose: Suitable for conveying compressed air and inert gases, used in environments from -20℃ to 45℃
3. Oil-Resistant Hose: Suitable for conveying conventional petroleum, used in environments from -20℃ to 45℃
4. Heat-Resistant Hose: Suitable for conveying water below 100℃. Steam Hose: Suitable for conveying hot water or saturated steam below 170℃
5. Dilute Acid and Alkali Resistant Hose: For conveying dilute acid and alkali solutions with concentrations below 40%, used in environments from -20℃ to 45℃
6. Sandblasting Hose: Suitable for pneumatic sandblasting, rust removal, and grinding on metal surfaces
7. Suction/Discharge Water and Oil Hose: Working pressure 1.0-1.5MPa (4 times safety factor)
8. Food Grade Hose for Delivery and Suction: For discharging and sucking liquids such as beer, beverages, and edible oils at room temperature, without altering taste or color, conforming to food rubber hygiene requirements
