Product Structure
The fabric-reinforced delivery hose consists of an inner rubber layer, multiple layers of fabric winding, and an outer rubber layer.
The fabric-reinforced suction hose consists of an inner rubber layer, multiple layers of fabric winding, a spiral steel wire reinforcement layer, and an outer rubber layer.
Product Features
The hose has excellent performance such as small outer diameter tolerance, oil resistance, heat resistance, lightweight, soft and durable tube body, and the small burst pressure of the hose is four times the working pressure.
Product Applications
Various types of fabric-reinforced delivery (or suction) hoses are manufactured using appropriate materials according to the transported medium. The product has a reasonable structure design, excellent quality, and durability. It is a flexible hose used to transport and suck (under negative pressure conditions) various liquid viscous fluids and powdery solid materials. According to the application, it is divided into:
1. Water hose: Suitable for general water transportation, used in environments from -20℃ to 45℃.
2. Air hose: Suitable for conveying compressed air and inert gases, used in environments from -20℃ to 45℃.
3. Oil-resistant hose: Suitable for conveying conventional petroleum, used in environments from -20℃ to 45℃.
4. Heat-resistant hose: Suitable for conveying water below 100℃. Steam hose: Suitable for conveying hot water or saturated steam below 170℃.
5. Acid and alkali resistant hose: Conveying dilute acid and alkali solutions with a concentration of less than 40%, used in environments from -20℃ to 45℃.
6. Sandblasting hose: Suitable for wind pressure sandblasting rust removal and polishing of metal surfaces.
7. Water, oil suction and drainage hose: Working pressure 1.0-1.5MPa (4 times safety factor).
8. Food delivery and suction hose: Used for draining and sucking beer, beverages, edible oil and other liquids at room temperature, without changing the taste and color, meeting the requirements of food rubber hygiene.
