Product Structure
The fabric-reinforced delivery hose consists of an inner rubber layer, multiple layers of fabric winding, and an outer rubber layer.
The fabric-reinforced suction hose consists of an inner rubber layer, multiple layers of fabric winding, a spiral steel wire reinforcement layer, and an outer rubber layer.
Product Features
The hose has excellent performance such as small outer diameter tolerance, oil resistance, heat resistance, lightness, soft and durable tube body, and the hose's small burst pressure is four times the working pressure.
Product Applications
Various types of fabric-reinforced delivery (or suction) hoses are manufactured using appropriate materials according to the transported medium. The product has a reasonable structure design, excellent quality, and is sturdy and durable. It is a flexible hose used to transport and suck (under negative pressure conditions) various liquid, viscous fluids, and powdery solid materials. It is categorized by use as:
1. Water Hose: Suitable for general water transportation, usable in environments from -20℃ to 45℃.
2. Air Hose: Suitable for transporting compressed air and inert gases, usable in environments from -20℃ to 45℃.
3. Oil-Resistant Hose: Suitable for transporting conventional petroleum, usable in environments from -20℃ to 45℃.
4. Heat-Resistant Hose: Suitable for transporting water below 100℃. Steam Hose: Suitable for transporting hot water or saturated steam below 170℃.
5. Acid and Alkali Resistant Hose: Transports dilute acid and alkali solutions with a concentration of less than 40%, usable in environments from -20℃ to 45℃.
6. Sandblasting Hose: Suitable for air pressure sandblasting and polishing of metal surfaces.
7. Water/Oil Suction and Discharge Hose: Working pressure 1.0-1.5MPa (4 times safety factor).
8. Food Grade Suction and Discharge Hose: Used for the discharge and suction of beer, beverages, edible oils, etc., at room temperature, without altering taste or color, meeting food rubber hygiene requirements.
