Product Structure
The structure of wire-braided rubber hose consists of a liquid-resistant synthetic rubber inner layer, a middle rubber layer, four layers of steel wire braided reinforcement layer, and a synthetic rubber outer layer with excellent weather resistance.
Product Use
Wire-reinforced hydraulic rubber hoses are mainly used in mine hydraulic supports and oil field extraction. They are suitable for engineering construction, lifting and transportation, metallurgical forging and pressing, mining equipment, ships, injection molding machinery, agricultural machinery, various machine tools, and the mechanized and automated hydraulic systems of various industrial sectors for conveying petroleum-based liquids (such as mineral oil, soluble oil, hydraulic oil, fuel oil, lubricating oil), water-based liquids (such as emulsion, oil-water emulsion, water), gases, etc., and liquid transmission under certain pressure and temperature.
Note: This company's wire-braided rubber hoses are designed and manufactured in accordance with GB/T3683-2011 standard, and can be manufactured according to ISO/DIS1436-1985, DIN20022 and SAE100RIAT, SAE100R2AT standard hoses. This standard is not suitable for castor oil-based and grease-based liquids.
Operating Temperature
Oil: -40℃—+100℃, Air: -30℃—+50℃, Water emulsion: below +80℃. For temperatures exceeding this range, please select our company's special products.
Product Features
1. The hose is made of special synthetic rubber compound, with excellent oil resistance, heat resistance, and aging resistance.
2. The hose has high pressure resistance and excellent pulse performance.
3. The pipe body is tightly combined, soft in use, and has small deformation under pressure.
4. The hose has excellent bending resistance and fatigue resistance.
5. The wire-braided hose has a long length, generally 20 meters per standard length, and can be produced in lengths of tens or even hundreds of meters.
