Product Structure
The structure of the steel wire braided rubber hose consists of a synthetic rubber inner layer resistant to liquids, a middle layer, one, two, or three layers of steel wire braided reinforcement, and a synthetic rubber outer layer with excellent weather resistance.
Product Application
Steel wire reinforced hydraulic rubber hoses are mainly used in mine hydraulic supports and oilfield exploitation. They are suitable for conveying petroleum-based liquids (such as mineral oil, soluble oil, hydraulic oil, fuel oil, lubricating oil), water-based liquids (such as emulsions, oil-water emulsions, water), gases, etc., and for fluid power transmission in engineering construction, hoisting and transportation, metallurgical forging, mining equipment, ships, injection molding machinery, agricultural machinery, various machine tools, and mechanized and automated hydraulic systems in various industrial sectors, which involve certain pressure and temperature.
Note: The steel wire braided rubber hoses of this company are designed and manufactured with reference to the GB/T3683-2011 standard, and can be produced according to ISO/DIS1436-1985, DIN20022 and SAE100R1AT, SAE100R2AT standards upon request. This standard is not suitable for castor oil-based and fat-based liquids.
Working Temperature
Oils -40℃ to +100℃, air -30℃ to +50℃, water emulsions below +80℃. For temperatures beyond these ranges, please select our factory's specialized products.
Product Features
1. The hose is made of special synthetic rubber, offering excellent oil resistance, heat resistance, and aging resistance.
2. The hose has high pressure resistance and superior pulse performance.
3. The hose body is tightly integrated, flexible in use, and undergoes minimal deformation under pressure.
4. The hose has excellent flexibility and fatigue resistance.
5. Steel wire braided hoses come in great lengths, typically fixed at 20 meters, and can be produced in continuous lengths of tens of meters or even over a hundred meters.
